This week I sit down with a former student who is now a good friend, Mitch Kirkpatrick. I met Mitch several years ago when he was teenage drummer looking to become better at his craft. He was like a power plant of energy behind the drums but had no focus. I pointed him in the right direction and he worked hard and it paid off. We talk about what he’s been up to, living in Los Angeles and Nashville and where is life is now. And if course, 2 drummers together create tons of squirrel moments!
